| Bio: | Hmm where to start...well since I am a very private person, I will give just the basics.... I am a 35 year old Mechanical/Civil engineer who has recently moved to Wichita, KS. My childhood was vastly different than that of most people... at age 5 (1977)my father loaded the whole family up on a plane and 4000 miles later we landed in Paraguay. I grew up on 400 sections (for those of you who don't know a section of land is 1 square mile or 640 acres) of land in the North Eastern corner of Paraguay living a kids dream. I had horses, dogs, cows, and a multitude of pets that included 3-banded armadillo's, Rheas, nutria, and other assorted creatures that I either found or were brought to the "bosses son". As a result of where I grew up I speak Spanish fluently, a little Portuguese, a little Mennonite German, and a little Guarani (the indiginous language of the central part of South America.) I also have a unique outlook on life... I have a tolerance for other cultures and ideas that seem alien to my fellow citizens... their loss. My mother after 4.5 years of living without full time running water, electricity, roads of any kind, hair dressers and other English speaking women to gossip and have hen parties with, she loaded the kids up and said f*&^ you and left.... my father is 82 and still resides in Paraguay and Brazil. I spent the next 15 years visiting durring summers and then in 1995 after graduating from college I spent a year selling the big ranch for my father. I love Paraguay and South America.. it is truly beautiful and a relaxed pace of life. Unfortunately the drug dealers own and control everything now and as such it has quickly turned into a cesspool... oh well I live with shayla who is my sometime submissive/ sometime little girl, most of the time PITA, and full time friend. Together we have a zoo (3 horses, 3 cats and one bird), although mostly it is hers. | |
